19 Year old female rescued near Waterfall which is closing Friday
32 personnel, 2 Engines, 2 Trucks, 1 US&R, 1 Rescue Ambulance, Altadena Search & Rescue Team, LASO and 2 Battalion Chiefs spent 2 hour, 14 minutes on a rescue in one of Eaton Canyon’s most notoriously dangerous trails
Pasadena fire units were dispatched to a reported Mountain Rescue at Eaton Canyon, along with LACo Fire Department. The victim was located after the fall south of the Waterfall in a Tree. The patient was a 19 year old female that fell and sustained minor injuries to her lower extremities. The rescue was completed by LACo Air ship 16. The victim was treated and transported in stable condition to Huntington Memorial Hospital.
