

Beginning in July those living owning a business will pay a lot more for power , Pasadena City Council unanimously decided. The rates will be in effect for the next three years.
Rates for average users will increase by about 8.3 percent on July 1. There will also be a 2.4 percent increase in 2015 and 2.2 percent increase in 2016.
Pasadena Water and Power officials said the increases will vary .
