Cynthia Kurtz, President and CEO of the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership, will receive the 2014 Heart in Hand Humanitarian Award at Foothill Unity Center’s 15th Annual Golden Plate Awards on Saturday, April 26. The award, the Center’s highest accolade, honors local people who have made an outstanding impact on the quality of life in their communities and beyond.
Tickets to the event at The Trinity Ballroom in Pasadena are $150 per person. The evening’s Fabulous ’50s theme will include a showing of classic cars, silent and live auctions, and oldies music. Sponsorship opportunities start at $2,000, with special recognitions including ads in the Tribute Program. Ads may also be purchased separately. The Center is seeking items for the evening’s silent and live auctions. Donations valued at $100 or more will be acknowledged in the program.
