Earlier this week we headed to our favorite DTLA hamlet on E 3rd St to visit pop-up turned perma emporium, Guerilla Atelier. The astoundingly well-lit space played host to an intimate dinner presented by our new event obsession, TRUFFL. Their latest themed event, Fashion x Food, was inspired by the intersection of good taste across mediums, and showcased dishes inspired by the fashion industry’s icons.
From Ralph Lauren to Dior, chef Tony DiSalvo kept the culinary genius flowing throughout his immaculately presented feast. Bonham’s Auction House hosted exquisite wine while acclaimed pianist Claude Hall treated us to a live performance of Spanish and French jazz.
The evening was the first of hopefully many to come from TRUFFL, whose objective is to bring together creative and inspiring people through unforgettable curated experiences based on their personal persuasions. With their fresh take on the classic idea of a Members’ Club, TRUFFL have begun creating a dynamic community of insiders… and if Fashion x Food is any indication of what’s to come, we’ll be clearing our schedules for these guys.
