The Wisteria Thrift Shop Opens Thursday Sept. 5

The Wisteria Thrift Shop, run by Sierra Madre Woman’s Club, will have their grand re-opening on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, September 5, 6 and 7, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The shop is located at the rear of Essick House, their historic Craftsman Clubhouse, 550 W. Sierra Madre Blvd., in Sierra Madre.Closed since June to refurbish and restock, the re-opening features all new merchandise, says Elma Flores, Shop Chair. Shoppers will find clothing for all the family, shoes, handbags, belts, jewelry, household needs of every kind, small appliances, linens (plain and fancy), books, electronics, toys, vintage and collectible items, and much more. Bargain bottom prices. Club members, who volunteer in the shop, are happy to assist customers.
