La Salle’s Boys Varsity Basketball Coach, Jelani Gardner, has resigned his coaching position the School Administration announced Tuesday afternoon.
Principal, Brother Christopher Brady, FSC, said, “His resignation was based on unresolved differences in the basketball program administration and style, and is a result of extensive and thorough reviews and evaluations of the program.”
Athletic Director, Anthony Harris commented, “We appreciate Coach Gardners enthusiasm and dedication to La Salle, but we believe it is important to make this move now so we can begin the process of hiring a new coach for the 2013-14 season.”
