Take a group of klepto-teens, $3 million dollars worth of stolen clothes and possessions, and multiple Hollywood A-listers and what do you get? The next Sofia Coppola film. Known for portraying some of the most vulnerable places in youthdom, Coppola takes on a new genre in her latest venture, The Bling Ring. As many Angelenos know, the Bling Ring was a very real group of teenagers breaking into the homes of Orlando Bloom, Audrina Patridge, Li-Lo, and Paris Hilton who were caught and incarcerated for their deeds. Coppola’s portrayal stars Emma Watson as the leader of the pack. Check out the freshly released trailer, and look out for the film speculated to hit theaters June 14th of this year.
