On Sunday the newest exhibit was opened at the Monrovia Historical Museum. The exhibit honoring the Native American History of the area has, as its centerpiece, a kizh,, the traditional home of the local Gabrieleno Band of Mission Indians. The kizh and all who attended its Grand Opening were blessed by Ernest Salas, a patriarch of the group. The exhibit will be open every Thursday and Sunday from 1 -4 p.m. -Photo by Susan Motander
