Maryvale will be hosting the inaugual Health & Wellness Fair at their Family Resource & Early Education Center in Duarte, CA on Saturday, August 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This is a free event open to all children and families.
In attendance will be Duarte’s local businesses including Fresh & Easy Neighborhood
Market, CVS Pharmacy, Sprouts and Tutti Frutti. Presentations will be given by Duarte’s Parks & Recreation and Eat This, Not That.
Fun activities for families will include face painting, Kiddie Boot Camp, Zumba dance class
and karate demonstrations. Wellness check-ups provided by CVS Pharmacy and free dental
screenings provided by one of Duarte’s community dental care clinics will also be available.
