

On April 01, 2012, at approximately 10:21 p.m., the Arcadia Police Department received information regarding a missing adult who was suspected to be suicidal. The missing person was 56 year old Thomas Edward Horn.
Mr. Horn’s daughter, who resides out of state, called to report her father missing and believed he was possibly suicidal. She reported that her father was recently released from a 72-hour psychiatric hold and he had sent her a message of committing suicide. She also indicated that he had a history of making statements of suicide.
On Wednesday, April 04, 2012, 9:50 p.m., Arcadia Police Officers observed and located Mr. Horn walking in the 900 block of North Second Avenue on his way to visit a friend.
Mr. Horn was transported to a medical facility for evaluation.
