Man Attacks Woman Holding Child in Arcadia – Fires BB Shots at her Face

Arcadia police are searching for a suspect responsible for shooting a young woman in the face with a bb gun as he tried to rob her outside her home late Friday.

According to APD, the woman was carrying her child into her home on the 1100 block of South Third Avenue when a man approached her and tried to take her purse and a laptop. The suspect ( Male) shot her in the cheek and ran off with her belongings.

She received minor cuts and bruising.The child was not injured in the assault.

Police are searching for a male in his early 20s, possibly African-American driving a dark colored Dodge.
